Can't Stop.
Can't Stop Records began with Seth Nieman's own music project, dreams are lonely.
We're a small independent label and creative studio in Wichita, Kansas. Music comes first, but the artwork, the website, the shirt, and the way a record reaches people all deserve care, too.
That's the work we're building around: music with real feeling, room for each artist's identity, and a release that feels like theirs from start to finish.
How we work
You keep
your masters.
Artists and bands keep ownership of their music. If an agreement touches rights, those terms are clear and limited. Working with a label should still leave the music in your hands.
- A scope we can deliver
- We agree on what the release needs: distribution, artwork, motion, merch, a website, or help with the rollout. The label may earn from that work. We're clear about what we can do, what we can't, and what's included.
- A clear agreement
- The scope, schedule, and terms go in writing, with review points and a clear exit. Accounting uses plain language and clear numbers. No hidden recoupment or open-ended commitments.
- Room to be yourself
- We work across genres and help shape the release around the artist. The sound, the name, and the identity remain yours. Our job is to help you build on them.
